Tip for the week, do you really need a land line, now with Fibre you can probably cut the copper traditional phone line, by either moving your phone to be part of your internet package or cut entirely. At home we chose to cut the cord completely. Many mobile phone plans now include a 'local number' free, so have ported our home phone to Sarah's mobile, and arranged for an extra $5 per month to have our alarm monitored using the mobile network (we do have to pay a one off cost to upgrade our alarm).
